Put that together and what do you got? The perfect reason to make chocolate guacamole and chips.
Guacamole is so yesterday. The snack of the future is chocolate guac scooped up with delicious and crispy Chocolate Chip cookies.
What is Chocolate Guacamole
Ok, if we're being honest, we're asking you to make a rich, better-for-you mousse. But the base ingredient is avocado, so we think a rebrand to chocolate guac is better.
How Do You Make Chocolate Guacamole
We've partnered with our friends at Waka Coffee to make a rich and chocolately dip. With just a few additions, you can make it with strong mocha vibes, minty freshness, or whatever flavors you want.
Just put all of these ingredients into a food processor or high powered blender and mix until smooth.
Refrigerate for one hour if desired.
Note 1: This mousse is more rich than it is sweet. Combined with the chocolate chip cookies, this is a deeply satisfying pair. However, if you have a real sweet tooth, consider doubling the amount of maple syrup.
Note 2: We put one teaspon of Waka Instant Coffee into our mix, which helps bring out the deep chocolate tones. However, consider doubling that amount to make this more of a mocha dip. If you're not into mocha, try a dash of peppermint extract to make it a mint chocolate dip. If you sub in additional flavoring, you should still keep the teaspoon of coffee in the recipe.
Since I have never tried Maxine's cookies, the bundle was the way to go. You get to try the 4 different flavors to see which you like best. I also like the idea that the cookies in the boxes are wrapped individually. Those of us that are watching our weight do not have to look at the other cookies that are tempting us for another glass of milk and several more.
These are oh so delicious! One came crushed (good excuse to eat that one) but the rest were great. For all the peanut butter lovers out there, I’d 100% recommend these peanut butter creme pie cookies.
