Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days, except in hot summer months when shipments will go out Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear. If you created an account, you can also login to see order details and change any recurring subscriptions.

Shipping to the contiguous United states only (no Hawaii or Alaska).

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Return & Refund Policies

While we never want to be in a situation where you are unhappy with your order, we understand that it happens. Unfortunately, because our products are perishable, all food sales are final.

If you feel that there was a unique error in your purchasing experience, please contact us at info@maxinesheavenly.com. It is our priority to make your experience with our products perfect, so if the error was our fault, we will reship the order.

We do not provide refunds, except in rare cases. If you purchased one of our products from a retailer, you must return the product to the retailer (not to us) subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer’s refund policy.

Maxine’s Heavenly is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of mishandling by the shipping company or the return of product because you gave us the wrong address.

Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Refunds can only be credited to the originating credit card.
