Who Is Maxine?
We get a lot of questions about our name. “Who is Maxine? Are you Maxine?”
Our company was founded by Tim Miller, and Maxine was his mother. She was an avid baker and made several different cookies that people just loved.
Our recipe is based on one particular oat-based recipe.
Tim and our co-founder, Robert, replaced the unhealthy ingredient’s in Maxine’s recipe and replaced them with nutrient-rich, wholesome ingredients to make the cookies you know and love today.
