The crispy chocolate chip cookies are delicious. However the texture is inconsistent. Sometimes the crunch is perfect, in other boxes, the crunch is not the same. It is disappointing.
The Cinnamon Oatmeal Raisin cookies have changed. I have been ordering these cookies for years and they were hearty and good. The last boxes I ordered have the cookies individually wrapped and they are not the same; they are soft and gooey and fall apart easily. It seems like they have less oats to hold them together, and they are almost too sweet. Very disappointing. Bring back the old recipe please!
