I discovered these at Whole Foods and tried one as soon as I left the store...and I was SO HAPPY! At last, a suitable replacement for a childhood favorite, post celiac diagnosis. :D The cookie has a firm but not too tough texture and a salty but wonderful taste and the frosting is absolutely perfect in sweetness and amount. THANK YOU! Like another reviewer, I'd love to see larger-quantity packs.
