Are you at Whole Foods, desparately searching for an easy, but delicious fall dessert? Well, look no further! We have created a super duper easy 5-minute vegan pumpkin apple crisp for you:
- Chop an apple and add it to a heated pan with a pat of vegan butter.
- Add cinnamon, a dash of salt, and a splash of maple syrup
- Cook on medium until soft
- While that's cooking, put 8 Maxine's Heavenly Pumpkin Pecan Spice cookies in the oven until toasted
- Plate the apples and then top with crumbled and toasted Pumpkin Pecan Spice cookies
- Serve with 365 Everyday Value, Almondmilk Vanilla Bean Non-Dairy Dessert
