Are you at Whole Foods, desparately searching for an easy, but delicious fall dessert? Well, look no further! We have created a super duper easy 5-minute vegan pumpkin apple crisp for you:

  1. Chop an apple and add it to a heated pan with a pat of vegan butter. 
  2. Add cinnamon, a dash of salt, and a splash of maple syrup
  3. Cook on medium until soft
  4. While that's cooking, put 8 Maxine's Heavenly Pumpkin Pecan Spice cookies in the oven until toasted
  5. Plate the apples and then top with crumbled and toasted Pumpkin Pecan Spice cookies
  6. Serve with 365 Everyday Value, Almondmilk Vanilla Bean Non-Dairy Dessert
