The gingerbread and peanut butter cream sandwiches are my absolute favorite!

These are perfect for a sweet tooth craving that does more than just knock that sweet tooth down. Healthy fiber content and dates make them functional too!
The peanut butter cream filling reminds me of a specific birthday cake frosting my mother used to make when i was a wee lass. Almost like a peanut butter candy filling (think, buckeyes!) but with just the right amount of sweetness. The cookie is slightly firmer than the oatmeal cookie, but not quite chewy. Perfect for a cream sandwich.

The flavor is phenomenal, and the texture is great, considering it's a peanut butter cookie sandwich. Some sandwiches barely have any filling, while others have an abundance of filling... not that I'm complaining about the overstuffed ones! 😂

Please carry in more stores ! I use to get these at Whole Foods and now don’t live close to any … so glad I could purchase from your website but trust me they will be gone quickly …
