Our mission was to update mom's cookie recipe with what we know now about healthy eating.

We decided to skip using bleached, refined flour in our recipe.

We chose to build our cookies of of whole grain, glyphosate-free oats - a nutritional powerhouse! Oats are great for protein, fiber and antioxidants, and they are naturally gluten free.

Cookies are all about celebration, and we wanted everyone to be able to join in. In addition to being gluten free, our cookies are soy free, non-GMO, kosher, and vegan. They are also free of most of the top 8 allergens (some of our cookies are made with nuts).
