I love the sandwiches as well but sometimes you need the crunchy!
I thought the soft baked cookies were good, and then I tried the creme sandwiches....*chefs kiss*! Soft cookie exterior sandwiches the delightfully sweet creamy inside in the absolute perfect palm-size portion hits the sweet tooth every time. My personal favorites are the chocolate peppermint, but seriously they are all worth a try. :)

Best gluten-free, vegan cookie I’ve had in years.
The only thing that would make it even better would be if it wasn’t made with soy.
So, I’ll be using them as a special occasion treat.
Im not really a chocolate chip fan, but the fact that these are not only great tasting but as a creme sandwhich, makes them really delicious! Ive ordered them again because I enjoyed them!
