Oatmeal Creme Sandwich

Just tried for the first time. These are just like I remember Oatmeal Cream Pies from my childhood.

These are better than I remember the original being as a kid when I didn’t have to eat gluten free. Extremely yummy. Have bought several boxes.

I recently discovered a thyroid issue, resulting in the need to go gluten free. Oatmeal Creme Pies are a staple childhood memory for me... so when I saw these I was super pumped to try them. However, as a food scientist myself, I was pretty skeptical how good they would actually be as so many GF options lean more towards cardboard and less towards actually delivering on taste/texture. I was blown away at how good they are! The texture and flavors are on-point (maybe even a little better than the original?!). I'm really impressed with the NFP and ingredient statement as well - great guilt-free treat! Definitely will repurchase and looking forward to trying the other flavors.
