These are perfect for a sweet tooth craving that does more than just knock that sweet tooth down. Healthy fiber content and dates make them functional too!
The peanut butter cream filling reminds me of a specific birthday cake frosting my mother used to make when i was a wee lass. Almost like a peanut butter candy filling (think, buckeyes!) but with just the right amount of sweetness. The cookie is slightly firmer than the oatmeal cookie, but not quite chewy. Perfect for a cream sandwich.

I love mint so I jumped on these as SOON as they were released!
The cookie is slightly chewier than the the oatmeal or other flavors. There are tiny soft bits of crushed candy cane and just the right amount of mint. The cream is like a soft peppermint cream frosting.
Love the new flavors.

I am a HUGE fan of ginger snaps but haven't been able to have them due to jaw surgery and these soft sandwich cookies almost brought me to tears. I was soo impressed, I ordered 6 more boxes after the first "bite."

It's like a warm, spicey soft ginger snap, with ginger bread icing filling. Love the clean functional ingredients too. This is a win-win-win-win.

As someone who grew up loving oatmeal creme sandwiches, the day i came across tbese was an amazing day. Their soft, chewy and just ridiculously good. And the fact that they have 8 flavors is the cherry on top. My favorite so far has been the mint chocolate, but all of them are fantastic. If you loved oatmeal creme sandwiches, get these. You will not be disappointed.
No matter the flavor, these creme sandwich cookies are comfort in a box. They taste AMAZING and take me back to my childhood favorite...without all the junk! These will be a must-have for our holiday celebrations this year.
